performance components and systems. These products provide maximum heat removal for SCRs, rectifiers, diodes, thyristors, and
other high-power semiconductor devices, whether in stud-mount, press-pack, or other package types. Typical constructions of
tubes and fluid channels are copper, which is compatible with tap water, chilled water, 3M Fluorinert™ liquids, and other
coolants (de-ionized water can used only with stainless steel tubing). Contact Wakefield for custom applications that cannot be
satisfied with standard off-the shelf cold plates.
