Through our Connecticutt Operations formally known as Engineered Sinterings & Plastics,  we able to utilize our manufacturing capabilities of powdered metal & plastic assembly. These assemblies offer a unique solution for our customers.   We are able to create a unique solution utilizing our broad range of manufacturing and secondary capabilities to your needs.           Gearbox assembly consisting of two thermoplastic injection molded body halves, two P/M gears, shaft, key-pin, and purchased components (four sealed ball bearings,  two bolts with flat washers).

Complex Electro-Mechanical Assembly.  Includes numerous P/M parts, an aluminum die casting, and a sheet metal bracket, as well as purchased mechanical and electrical components.       "Interchangeable Core Annex" with "Slideout Code Book" used by locksmiths to simplify the unloading, decoding, and loading of lock cores.  The code book consists of two stainless steel P/M parts assembled with a hinge pin, the Annex is also a stainless steel P/M part.
