Wakefield Solutions, Inc. Announces the Acquisition of Midwest Aluminum, Inc.
Wakefield Solutions, Pelham, New Hampshire, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Midwest Aluminum, Inc., based in Withee, Wisconsin.
Wakefield Solutions is one of North America’s oldest and largest thermal management and aluminum extrusion companies. Midwest Aluminum is a high quality, aluminum extruder manufacturer with an experienced, customer-focused team that has a solid reputation in the Midwest region. Their organization, engineering, and manufacturing capabilities will complement and increase the capabilities that Wakefield Solutions offers to its global customers.

The Wakefield Solutions, Inc., Midwest Operations, will continue to be based in Withee, Wisconsin. The expanded Wakefield Solutions now has U.S. manufacturing operations in New Hampshire, Connecticut, North Carolina, and Wisconsin and distribution centers in Ohio and California that serve global customers.
The company designs, manufactures, and markets a range of custom and standard extruded aluminum, fabricated aluminum, powdered metal, and thermoplastic/thermoset
products for global customers in the computer, aerospace/defense, telecommunications, medical, automotive, electronics, and industrial automation markets.
Based in Pelham, New Hampshire, Wakefield Solutions, Inc. was founded in 1953 in Wakefield, Massachusetts and has continuously improved and expanded its products and service portfolio to better serve their customers’ growth.
