Wakefield Solutions Inc. based in Pelham, New Hampshire, has partnered with ToolingU.com to provide an online training program for its current employees.

This new program not only trains employees to the Wakefield standards, but also motivates them to apply the learned skills in their current jobs as well as pass on the knowledge and skills to others in the company.

Since utilizing Tooling U in November of 2010, Wakefield has graduated several employees who have not only furthered their personal job skills, but have advanced themselves in the company.
